Serving as a reminder ONLY the credit card holder can pick up the wristband(s); presenting Photo ID, the actual credit card used for the purchase and order/reference number. Wristband(s) will NOT be issued to anyone else other than the credit card holder, with no exceptions!

An order fee of CA $4.00 will be added to each order. 

In the event of an artist cancellation or delay, tickets are not eligible for refund. This is a RAIN or SHINE event. No refunds will be given due to inclement weather
